1937 - Primus 992

Primus 992 AB:1937

Barely used so came out well. Managed to find an original NOS globe but had to buy the hat from Kitelamp. But they are very well made so thumbs up for them.

 

That one is top of my must have list Krisse but I’ve never come across a Primus table lamp here in N E Scotland.

 

Well, I understand that, they are difficult to find even here at home in Sweden where they are made

Thanks for all the kind comments! Can take some more detailed pictures and put it in the reference gallery. I did not because the hat is not original. But if I write it, maybe the lamp fits there anyway

I recently found one missing the globe and top hat. Anyone who has a globe available?

 

Original is difficult. But they are available as newly made on Ebay. But they are a little thinner in the glass than the original. you see the sock when it burns.

The Korean Globes are very nice, I got one for my 992 project and its a very good copy/comparable weight to a genuine one.
