See pics. Sadly the burner has vanished prior to me finding this frame. Stamped 44 on the badge. I like the upside down acorn badge. I’ve spoken with a few folks and cant come up with a date range for manufacturing, not a catalog image. Nothing in PLC or here on CPL that I have found. Would sure be nice to get it to a point it could make light again. This would pair nicely with my Doud HW tank.
Hi Randy, Very nice ornamented HW Acorn Brass Co lamp. I think you have the Acorn 1907 Sunbeam lamp. Uses the same type of burner as on my Pitner HW here .. Ca. 1905 Pitner Light hollow wire lamp /Conny
Conny & Jonathan, Thanks for your replies and documentation. Glad to see some paperwork substantiating the find. It really is a beautifully ornate piece. Wish it still had the Japanning. If anyone has a burner or gallery that could potentially work on this I would like to talk. Thank you, Randy
