Hi Everyone, My latest acquisition is this very tidy Veritas 350 which I saw on Ebay. Thank you Chris @Fireexit1 for suggeting a Veritas. Looks like it's never been fired judging by the condition, there is a little paint damage and some blemishes on the hood but overall it's very clean and tidy. There is no date on the globe frame, however hoping there may be something under the rust when I clean it off. Checked the font with a borescope and was dry with a little surface rust staining, very clean. Still did the 'shake, rattle and roll' with some empty cases just in case there was anything loose in there, came out clean, although I did more shaking to get the cases out The pump washer was still wet, pricker needle worked easily and main control knob also moved freely. Did a dunk test and there were no bubblles so no troubles, so fitted a mantle, thank you Base Camp, filled with fuel and as you can see, she lit up very nicely. Hope you like it, I do.
