My ML96 i purchased from Garry Murray last month.
Very impressive mate.
A Tilley Jacobean lamp is a fine addition to any collection.
Garry’s Dad had a huge collection, not just of pressure lamps. That Jacobean looks fantastic.
Yes Jean, it was quite stained when I got it, took a lot of brasso to Polish it all off.
Too true Jeff, got the ML93, 96, 98 and KL80 now
Hello Tom, yes, the lamping bug bites deeply.
Too true

Which part was stained ? The original finish of the bowl which the tank sits in was oxidised copper.
A handsome lamp for sure.
The inside was a mucky black/green colour Henry. The outside was brown until I cleaned it up
Yes it's beautiful
Ah, I've had quite a few like that myself. Quite often they don't smell very nice either.
Very nice!
