Tilley Table Lamp TL10 Corinthean 1940's

Another Tilley TL10 Corinthean table lamp resurrected. It has been a lovely pastime making this lamp come to life again. It was quite dirty and missing the globe..I also have a brand new 7" vapouriser to add when I fire it up. The paint was just finished yesterday so I will let it settle a few days before lighting. Please see the before and after photos.

Can I ask why did you paint it cream, and not gold?

 

@Buggerlugs Good morning. Thank you for your comments. I had resprayed a TL14 table lamp in the same colour and happy how it turned out. I have a Tilley TL10 corinthean in a brass fount. I thought I would do this one in this colour to be a bit different to my other one . Also it looked like it suited the era. Kind regards.
