    Hola a todos, acabo de comprar esta Petromax 809 en bastante mal estado aunque parece completa.
    Vi en un hilo de hace unos años que es una linterna de gasolina rara. Cualquier información sobre su funcionamiento y cómo encenderla sería de gran ayuda.     Are such Petromax lanterns only found in South America today? :)
    Anyway, it does have the 'Made in Germany' tag.

    This is the belonging patent of Ehrich & Graetz from 1931 on Espacenet, I've also attached it as PDF. It may well be that it is from 1933. In any case, it bears a resemblance to the Akron lanterns.
    There is also a instruction paper 663e from 1931 for this lantern, from which is this excerpt:
