    This is another Australian Gloria table lamp using the hollow wire No. 20 burner with inverted plumbing, and an Akron-style tank.

    It is similar, though not the same, as this other Australian Gloria:

    Note also the crackle-painted copper tank like that on the heater of @Marko57:

    No stampings on the No. 20 shroud.

    The generator is badly beaten but I will refurbish it. I am using an Old Coleman Parts modern replacement generator below.

    I put brass gauze in the burner cap.

    The handle had been sanded back to bare wood. I treated it with Jarrrah-stained Tung oil, and filled the hollow centre with linseed oil for 24 hours to treat the wood.

    The glass is most likely a Gloria glass.

    I acquired this lamp from Collin Mills.

    I do like these Gloria items with the original blue paint still on them. not many have been found.

    Well done @Tony Press on getting this one up and running, another one added to your Gloria pile.

    Cheers Marko.

    The paint job on the tank is very beautiful.:clap:

    The wood finish looks natural, but was it originally dirty?

    @Camp numao

    It would have been painted originally, but it came to me with the paint sanded back to bare wood.

    I actually prefer a finish that shows the wood grain as it gives a warmer feel.

    Thanks for letting me know.

    @Camp numao

    I’m working on another Australian Gloria lamp that has the same handle. I was originally painted black:
