Hi this is my kitson KD1 table lamp i think this is the model number but may be wrong ?
This lamp had been electrified and the mantel support was gone also the flame spreader and preheated cup which is quite a big thing was missing I had to make a new holder for the glass and find a glass Which was one of the hardest things to find.
but with a bit of help from my friend with a bit of machining skill I got it going again as seen in the pics

Beautiful! So glad that you could remove the wretched light bulb and restore it to its original glory :)

Some really nice restoration and machining, Kenny.
    An elegant lamp.

You have another fine example of a KD1 in the gallery, but that one is called a Kelite. Was that a model name? What's the difference between Kelite and Kitson names, they seem to be the same company.

Hello Dan, if I recall corectly Kelite was a brand name, K.E.L.CO. stands for Kitson Empire Lighting Company. Jeff.
