Hi, I'm having a second time this problem: Vapouriser has got swollen resulting the spigot to stuck on the vapouriser permanently, see picure where the spigot is swollen from the middle. Stucked spigot means dismantling the whole frame just to get the glas out for cleaning. Lamp works otherwise OK. The spigot was definitely straight when originally installed. Also all storage crease was removed thoroughly from vapouriser before taken to use. As said, this is second time I'm experiencing this with my Bialaddin 300X. I think the spigot doesn't have enough air gap with vapouriser resulting overheating and swollen vapouriser due to pressure from tank. I've noticed the spigot has been glowing red after shutting down the lamp. If this is the root cause, what kind of gap there should be between vapouriser and the spigot? Cheers, Tommi
@TommiL Could it be that the vapouriser is clogged with carbon and the carbon is catching fire with prolonged burning? Tony
