I am now the lucky owner of an OK looking Primus 1320 (alcohol/meth lantern). I have dissambled it and overall it looks nice. BUT - as you can see on the pic - the jet pricker have seen better days. My questions are now: Is it possible to find a new/used one? Anything in particular I need to be aware of with a alcohol/meth stove? Thanks

Harder, I do not see the alcohol needle or jet there under resevdelar fotogen as it is obviously not fotogen, but if you remove the air restrictor you can fit the fotogen needle and jet 6131 & 6145 and then you have a 1020 in all but name. The advantage is longer run-time. The 1020 is a brilliant design; it can run reliably from very low pressure and output all the way up to beyond its rated 300cp if you pump it up nice and hard. Use a 500cp sock type mantle for best results.

I had the good fortune as to visit @Nils Stephenson in his home in Denmark this week - WOW for a fantastic collection! Thank you Nils for helping me enlarge my small Lantern collection, and definately also for your help getting my stuck NRV loose and giving me an idea on how to make a jet pricker for the 1320. It was great visiting you. @phaedrus42 Thank you indeed for the tip. Should I fail miserably in my quest for making the 1320 come back alive on Meth. Spirit - that conversion you mention is now my Fall-back option.
Thanks to @Nils Stephenson Flemming and Henning (two Danish stovies) I now have a nice working 1320 on Meth. Nils helped get the stuck NRV loose, Flemming brazed the broken hollow spindle-nut back to life with help from his lathe and repaired the top needle pricker while Henning was kind enough to supply me the tiny jet pricker itself. What a great forum and ditto newfound great friends! (Which mantle size would be recommended here?) Best wishes
Good to see it living again. I'm quite fond of the alcohol burning models. The mantle should be the same size as you would use for a 1020. The lamp is rated at 300cp, so any 300 to 350 cp mantle (of the bulb shaped type) will work.
@Harder Sorensen @Nils Stephenson Harder, how good are Nils' Dutch language skills? Perhaps you spoke in English?
I don't know about Harder, but I don't speak Dutch at all. I do however speak Danish and that is the language Harder and I used. This is not the first time I have heard that someone thinks Dutch is spoken in Denmark (mainly in the UK).
Well, I've lived in the UK for almost 70 years and in all that time I've never heard anyone, or even heard of anyone, who thinks the language spoken in Denmark is Dutch...
The above merely highlights my ignorance. It was only a few years ago that I realised that Holland wasn't a country, so there you go I'll start again, @Harder Sorensen how are @Nils Stephenson Danish speaking skills?
Flemming is a great guy, he helps me with some problems with my PX 835 generator and mixing tube. I will meet him in a couple of days again.

@Salar and Stove Ohh - so thats your name ;-) As you have seen - it works Bottom is stamped “AB” which dates it to 1937, as I can see. @Matty @Nils Stephenson Danish is excellent - even for a Copenhagener
Well I can't help that I lived just north of Copenhagen when I first came to Denmark and that's the accent I developed. Maybe I should have stayed with my cousin in Struer instead.
