    Hallo everybody, I'm new here at CPL. I started to collect lamps 5 years ago. My english is not the best, but I'm happy to be here. :-)

    Hi @Albrecht

    Welcome to the forum.

    You have a fine AL620 there, a lamp which is on my wish list.

    Please don’t worry about your English, it is far better than my Italian or any other language for that matter.

    Regards Jeremy

    Thank you so much Jeremy and Jeff. This time I'm doing a research about the amish made nite hawk lamps and there is nearly nothing in the interet apart from two postings here. I would love to have one of these ....

    I don't think I have ever seen a Nite Hawk pop up on eBay. They are not very old and mostly go to Amish users who don't use eBay. There are a few with collectors and I have one here but they were all bought new and they are a very expensive lamp so we don't buy a spare for trade. ::Neil::

    Thank you Neil, I bought the H.C. 500 Lightning Bug, Amish Made tree days ago in Ebay as a new lamp and now I'm looking for the 701/720 or earlier version. Can you say something about the quality of the lamp? They seem to be close to Coleman laterns. My little collection can be seen at www.lamp-fever.com

    @Albrecht

    Glad you have joined us.

    Looking forward to seeing more of your collection.

    I'm with Jeremy when he stated the AL620 is on my wish list and has been for quite a while now.

    Don't worry about your English because there is always a way to communicate even if one has to use google translator.

    Cheers,

    Norman
