Back when the forum was started, it was decided to put all Gloria product under the US Gloria forum, even if it was made in Australia. It can be...
Welcome to the forum and they are some nice lamps. They would go well in the reference gallery with lots of detail photos. :)
The only part of the stamp on the bottom of Primus lamps that relates to the date is the letters. There is no conclusive proof of what the number...
Interesting handle. :) What makes you say it is September? Primus dating only shows the year.
By the look of the photo you would think it was mid winter. Not what I'm used to seeing in Australia around Christmas time. :) All the best and...
It's good to know it has good results. HN have two different brands of kerosene. They have KaminX for 348 DKK for 20l or Heatmax Gold for 148 DKK...
Hi Tom I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work. It's more expensive than what you can get from Harald Nyborg though, so I'm not planning on...

Is Tasmania planning to secede? :)
That one would be a nice one to get hold of. It is fairly early (late 1940s) and that colour hood is not too common.
I like the look of the shade. Well done. How good is it with the lamp lit? I wouldn't have thought of a Coleman bulge globe fitting these, but it...
Even though the catalogue doesn't show them, Almost all of the 143/145s I have seen do have them.
I have just had a thought that the wings weren't needed on the 143 and 145 as they have a handle and can be hung up when not attached to the tank.
