Update on making the bowl wire from yesterdays experiments. @Anthony pointed out the original wire was 1.3mm gauge. Best we could find was 1.25mm...
Ah thanks @Anthony . I might have another go if i can find some 1.3 galv at a later date. 2mm is quite difficult to work with.
It took me three tries to make an acceptable glass retainer wire. Heres how... Clamp some 2mm galv wire around a 95mm round mandrel. [ATTACH]...
