Its looking great. Did you turn the valve knob back and forth to see if there's any slightest leakage at full fount pressure with fuel? Keep the fount pressurized with the fuel in it for a longer period of time and then inspect later. If its not leaking, then it should be ok. For a lantern that would be using highly volatile and flammable Coleman fuel, light naphtha or gasoline, the most important first requirement is that the lantern must leakage-free before any further work is done.

Looking real good. Your workroom appears to be quite enclosed from the picture. Are you not afraid of carbon monoxide buildup there with the lamp in operation?
Don`t worry. The wall at the opposite side ist not completely closed and leads into a 100m² room which is also not closed.
