Newark itself is quite a nice town with the castle and the river. And there will be other women there if she's concerned about being the only one...

This year, for the first time in ages, Newark doesn't clash with Newby Hall vintage rally, so we'll see you there.

    Henry.

    To all heading to Newark,

I hope you have a great weekend. I'm heading bush this weekend, so when I set up camp I'll light a couple of Tilleys and 111s, open a bottle and toast to Newark.

I might not light a Tilley but will definitely raise a glass! Had a chance to come down this year but ashamed to show my face after losing CPL a member (Matty). Hope you all have a great time.

Easy now Jean [-X . As I understood Matty under the "A bit of fun massacre", he just ment he wouldnt post in Open Forum anymore - thats where he wrote it and felt bully'ed.
I hope he still shows some of his hunt-downs as there where some nice ones between especially for us nordic nerds :)
    I hope I'm not wrong here :?:

I'm home, but I've got no pictures, so I'm hoping others will have. I saw a few cameras doing the rounds, fingers crossed. [-o< It's been a good week, weather wasn't too bad. A bit of rain Friday morning I think it was and again this morning. But other than that it's been fine. In fact I even got sun burnt on the first couple of days.

Greetings David - Don't give up hope! There a couple of good antique shops in Rekjavik if you visit there. Got some nice stoves there a few years back.

Don't dwell on that one Jean, I, for one, know you didn't mean it the way it was taken.
Shame you didn't come, maybe next year aye
