The first of these two photographs shows the Island of Papa Stour, which is on the west side of Shetland and I took the photograph from Sandness and the second of my photographs shows Fora Ness which is on the east side of the Shetland mainland.

Thanks Jeff! Interesting that bees were imported from the Isle of Man , presumably as they were Varroa free? There looks to be some Shetland honey sculling about ..have you tried some? Not everyone likes honey, of course! Or Bees, for that matter
That was most likely the reason and I have not tried any of the local honey, because I do not like sweet things.
