I was dismantling a tilley lamp and found this part on a burner. I have not seen anything like this before, mind you I have not been into tilley lamps for very long. I am not sure whether I am supposed to attach the mantle to this part or use it to attach the mantle to the burner. Would appreciate any information regarding it. Rob
Hi Rob its the remains of a ‘Happy Mantle’ or 164 H Tilley supplied them alongside the 164 X mantles for quite a few years
