Thinking about investing, what sort of size is sufficient for lamp parts , 3L ? What functions should I look for, timer , heating controls? Wattage ? Anything to be wary of or to look for in particular ? TIA
@Beanie , yes, I'd be interested to know as well. My first thoughts were on the internal size, for example, it would have to be big enough to take the biggest globe/glass cage/frame you have. Just roughly measured the one on my Hipolito H-502 (same as a Petromax 829) and was 5 1/2" (140mm) across and 8" (200mm) tall, sowould have to be a large capacity one. Like I said, that was my first consideration, so any other thoughts welcome. Tim
