International postage of late is very unpredictable and very expensive, sometimes the shipping of the lantern cost way more than the lantern itself.

Yes, the railroad lanterns are very collectible (atleast in the U.S.) However, I’m waiting for a railroad lantern show that I can sell them at because that’s where people pay the most, but with the virus they’re canceling them all.

 

I'd have thought ebay would be better, then the World can see them, not just locals etc

 

Nah, one of the biggest shows in the country is an hour away from me and people travel from all over the world to go. Therefor people will pay ungodly amounts for even railroad lanterns from the 1930s.
